W. Lance Wright, Managing Partner & CEO

Lance Wright has decades of global business experience.  The bulk of his career was spent as an international oil and gas executive with Saudi Aramco based in Saudi Arabia, and later with ExxonMobil, based in the USA and Europe.  Immediately prior to founding LWA, Wright was a senior vice president of USEC Inc., the world’s leading supplier of enriched uranium fuel for commercial nuclear power plants, where he was responsible for human resources, information technology, and the highly sensitive security function. Wright holds a B.S. in political science from Eastern Michigan University and a MSc. in industrial relations and personnel management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

 

Albert A. George II

Albert George has held appointments as a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, and as vice president & principal consultant for Roosevelt Thomas Consulting & Training.  George completed his B.S. in marine biology and chemistry from Savannah State University. He then completed the P.R.E.P. program at Yale University concentrating in physiology cellular molecular genetics, and then completed a program of study from the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government/MIT. George holds a M.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
